Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal: Timing and methods

The customer can rethink his purchase and return the items purchased without having to specify the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 - Consumer Code) . The goods must be returned intact and not worn or used, in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging and the original labels not removed, enclosing the delivery document inside the package.

How to make a return

The shipment of the product to be returned in its original condition (as already described) must take place within 14 days from the manifestation of the intention to return. express with the possibility of tracing the shipment, the costs of which will be fully borne by the customer. The refund will include any transport costs incurred by the customer at the time of purchase.
